1 By bank transfer:

For the bank transfer payment fill the enclosed FORM B CZK or FORM B EURO. If you are remitting fees by bank transfer, ensure that the full amount in Euro funds, is remitted free of charge to:

2. By credit card.

For the credit card payment fill the enclosed FORM A, and return the signed form by fax to No. +420 541 146 298. We will confirm the acceptance of the payment form by E-mail or by fax.

4. Cash or by credit card at the conference desk

If you intend to pay registration fee at the conference desk, please inform Conference Secretariat by separate E-mail sent to eds05@feec.vutbr.cz, haze@feec.vutbr.cz.

Confirmation:

Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration and payment. Please present this confirmation at the registration desk as proof of your advance registration.

Cancellations:

For cancellation of registration your written request must be received by August 20, 2006, at the EDS 2006 Conference Secretariat, c/o CNRL, Údolní 53, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, to receive a refund, less 20 EUR handling charge. No refund can be made for cancellations after August 20, 2006. In case of cancellation after August 20, 2006, the copy of Conference Proceedings will be sent to the participant by post.
